Drupal at Cal Poly

Cal Poly's Content Management System

Link Checker Cleanup

  1. Click Configuration, then Link Checker (under the Content Authoring section)
  2. Scroll down to expand the Maintenance section at the bottom of the page, and then click Clear link data and analyze content for links.
  3. Link Checker will automatically scan the site for broken links every time cron runs. It often takes multiple runs to scan an entire site, so this may take some time.

Speeding Up the Process

If you need to expedite the process, you can go to Reports, then Status Report, and click Run cron manually.

Overlapping cron runs can cause problems, so make sure you verify each cron run you initiate has concluded by checking the Recent log messages found on the Reports page. You should see a message that says "Cron run completed".
